Our main goal is to make every home a bit safer by offering easy-to-read address signs that meet the First Responders standards and all Delivery Personnel’s expectations.
The founder of Address Appear started out by simply spray painting the curb address with an old-fashioned stencil and a cup of coffee. But then he discovered a much better way forward by making the address signs easier to read and cleaner looking than traditional spray-painted curb signs. After some basic market research, it was a “no-brainer” for Address Appear Mfg. to be born. Because it was a much better concept, it was easy for Address Appear to emerge and gain early success in the curb address market. The “reflective address plates” was a huge “breakthrough” vs. 1950’s stencil paint design (or earlier). Working with a small company in Texas, we perfected our address signs and take pride in the craftmanship to this day.
At first the curb address signs were very expensive to make but some key contacts in the industry opened up a lane and the rest of the story is proprietary. We now sell to gated communities and single-family homes, plus HOA’s and Luxury Townhomes or Villas throughout the great USA.
As we gain traction in the industry, we will be offering the world’s first illuminated solar powered address sign that fits perfectly on the curb! We are looking forward to bringing other innovations to light like our (coming soon) wall mounted illuminated address sign with a built-in security camera and app!
